Dawn has experience in the representation of many National and Regional tenants, developers and investors both corporate and private. She has been successful in the marketing, leasing and sales of their properties and or relocation. In 1998 a boutique commercial company owned by Dawn and her husband joined NAI Capital. She brought with her an extensive amount of experience in the industry as as personal relationships in the retail, development and non-profit industry. With her background in corporate real estate and her current position as Vice President with NAI Capital; Dawn has guided her clients both tenant and landlord in making well informed decisions. Dawn’s work ethic, commitment, and value added service provides her clients with the reassurance that they are being well represented.
