In return, fellow members are actively involved in and out of the meeting space to have an ear for when a need can be met.

Givers gain. When you begin networking and showing up as you say you would, you create trust. It's then that referrals can evolve in your favor. It takes courage to share your vision and uniqueness. Many business owners work "in their business" vs. "on their business." This creates busy-ness. Allocating specific hours of your time each week to share what makes you a high-performer in your industry not only gives you relief from "fulfilling services" but reminds you who you are and why you chose the road less traveled.

I'm always here to listen and support. There is no specific roadmap to success but there are clues, habits and mindsets. I encourage others to trust the wins of their past and let that fuel the risks they take in the future. With every new pivot, idea, or offering growth and expansion happen. I'm also the go-to when stress gets intense.
