How Business Creates Value:
Business creates value when the products and/or services provide for a positive change for a customer. This change should represent a greater value to the customer than the price of the financial transaction used to acquire the product or service. This value could be positive or negative. As they say, numbers don't lie.
I work in the professional networking fields because the services I offer every day to everyday people will have a positive affect on the future of each customer. I do this one relationship building block at a time. Once I know that a customer values what I have done for them, in time, they will come to appreciate, not only our mutual friendship, but the true value in being able to leverage each others relationships.
The true value you should opt to create is in leveraging each others relationships for the greater good of other people that you know, like, and trust.
