There is a lot of negative opinions about reverse mortgages out there. Yes, it used to be a crummy product prior to 2009. Post-housing market crash this product has been properly regulated and changed to the BEST retirement tool available to those 62 years and older. Refer me those who have these negative ideas of this product so I can teach them how it's changed and we will let the client make the decision for themselves.
