Business Description:
I am a Mortgage Broker with over 35 years of experience specializing in residential home loans for single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and 1–4 unit properties. I assist clients with both owner-occupied and investment financing throughout California, as well as investment properties nationwide.
My lending experience includes VA, FHA, Conventional, DSCR, equity lines of credit, and alternative financing solutions. I am committed to educating my clients and guiding them toward the best financing strategy to meet their short- and long-term goals.
Building lasting relationships is at the heart of my business, and I value the trust my clients place in me—reflected in the referrals I receive from their family, friends, and colleagues.
How Business Creates Value:
In my business, I have built long-term relationships by serving as my clients’ lender for life. I provide guidance and personalized financing solutions for residential real estate, ensuring my clients fully understand their options every step of the way.
I guide them through the loan process with consistent communication, from application to closing. After the loan closes, I continue to stay in touch—monitoring opportunities and reaching out when refinancing or other financing strategies may benefit them.
How Member Creates Value:
My goal is to continue to establish a strong network of trusted professionals to support and serve my clients at the highest level. I value quality, integrity, and proven experience, and I am extremely loyal to the businesses and individuals who consistently deliver excellent results—whether through my own experience or trusted referrals.
About Amanda Belton
I have lived in San Diego since October 1995 and purchased my current home in Scripps Ranch in 2002. I am originally from a small town in Ohio, where most of my family still resides. In 1993, I left Ohio in search of the place I was truly meant to be. My journey first took me to Pensacola, Florida. While it offered the most amazing beaches and southern charm, it wasn’t the right fit for me. Trusting my instincts, I packed up my car and made the move to San Diego—a decision that ultimately led me to the place I now call home.
I have been involved in a variety of volunteer organizations over the years, giving back to the community in meaningful ways. I have served as a Girl Scout leader for 11 years and have provided Service Unit support for more than six of those years. My daughter and I are currently in our third year of a six-year program with National Charity League. I am also in my first year serving as Treasurer for the Falcon Playhouse at Scripps Ranch High School. Additionally, I am in my second year volunteering as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), supporting and advocating for children within the foster care system.
When I’m not nurturing my career, volunteering, or parenting (and doing all the things in between), I enjoy spending time with my small family—including my five-year-old black Goldendoodle, Laney. I love great food, live theater, time with friends, traveling when I can, a wonderful bottle of red wine, and indulging in fabulous dark chocolate.
