About Blake
Blake Dean Baxter Jr. is the Founder of Baxter Law Corp, located at 144 West D Street in Encinitas.
He is a 37-year Encinitas resident who attended Torrey Pines and La Costa Canyon High School. He currently resides in Encinitas with his wife and two children.
Blake graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Business from BYU Hawaii in 2011, where he also received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in General Business Knowledge.
In 2013 he accepted the Dean’s Scholarship to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2017, the U.S. Tax Court in 2020, and has 10 years industry experience.
His practice is focused on estate planning, probate, and estate administration.
