A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a degree in International Relations, Bülent İlkehan began his professional career on the Audit Board of Garanti Bank. Throughout his 23-year tenure in the banking sector, he served as a Branch Manager and senior executive at Turkey’s leading financial institutions, including Akbank, DenizBank, and Finansbank, specifically within the Retail and SME Banking segments. During this period, he gained extensive field experience in financial management, sales strategies, and leadership disciplines. Since 2014, under the umbrella of NMTS Education and through his own consultancy firm, he has been delivering strategically designed development programs for banks, holding companies, and industrial enterprises. His expertise spans a broad spectrum, ranging from financial management and data analysis to leadership and sales management. As of 2026, assuming the role of General Coordinator at TEAM Referral Network, Mr. İlkehan aims to provide business owners not only with a referral network but also with the disciplines of measurable growth, strategic thinking, and sustainable development through a highly competent team and an expansive franchise network.
