I prepare legal documents for self represented individuals ranging from small claims, probate, evictions, civil claims and answers and a myriad of other legal matters. I prepare documents using legal research that has been shepardized and is comparable to what any litigation attorney would use. This is a value added service for those individuals that are opposing other self represented litigants and one of many things that set me apart from my competition.

I don't take just any case. I will do a brief one on one with my prospective client to gain an understanding of their needs and to assess their ability to remain calm and composed during a trial/hearing. Representing yourself before a judge can be intimidating for some and the last thing I would want is for them to break down in front of a judge or opposing council If I find that we are a good fit, you can save thousands compared to the traditional attorney service. .

After a brief discussion with a prospective client, I will assess their needs and expectations. If I find that they will be a better fit using an attorney, I have a small group of professionals that I refer to. It's not about the money to me, I want to be able to have competent individuals that I can use within TEAM or outside of TEAM.
