Finally Family Homes

Finally Family Homes is a 501(c)3 nonprofit offering caring solutions to youth aging out of foster care and struggling with housing in Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. We partner with youth aging out of foster care without a family or home to help them succeed in life. Together, we tackle the risk factors of homelessness and human trafficking by empowering them to achieve meaningful connections, lasting success, and a positive impact on the world.

Hundreds of youth age out of care without ever having found a forever home or family in Los Angeles county every year - and that includes Santa Clarita. Former foster youth students at College of the Canyons struggle to stay in school to build a better future for themselves because they lack adequate support. We help change the trajectory of our city's kids protecting them from homelessness and human trafficking by helping them to connect to a caring community, build stable housing, and stay in college, We break cycles of brokenness and poverty by working alongside these promising young adults to be home and a family to those who don't have them. We make sure that the best and brightest of the most overlooked in our community have the opportunity to thrive and give back.

Tiny Home Construction Program We work alongside the youth to build tiny homes on wheels that can become owned legal ADU's for foster youth in need. Host Homes Program We are seeking members from the community who have under-utilized bedrooms to provide safe, shorrt-term housing for young adults in need. Life Launch Our life success skills program to equip young adults with the knowledge & skills they need to succeed in the long term. Family Care We care about young adults like a family would - celebrating their successes & special moments - being there for immediate needs like food, clothing, and toiletries.
