I have over 30 years of experience in practicing therapeutic massage therapy. Chronic pain, stress management, injuries, and years of giving people pain relief from auto accidents have been my success. I combine Deep Tissue, Myofascia, and Swedish relaxation techniques to restore movement and reduce pain in my clients. I recently added Scar Tissue Work for post-surgical incisions. To support the health and wellbeing of my clients in their healing process I sell high-quality, pure supplements from Metabolic Maintenance, a family owned company dedicated to clean, preservative-free products that do not have any fillers, binders, or added excipients.

Practicing Massage Therapy since 1992, founding, owning, and directing a Massage Therapy and Skin Care School for almost 18 years has given me a wealth of experience with people. I have learned to listen well so I can give skilled touch to alleviate pain which may be physical or emotional. My goal is to find tight muscles that create pain, impair mobility, cause numbness, or create imbalance in the body. Massage therapy promotes health and wellness in our lives by restoring movement and reducing pain.

Not only do I have years of experience practicing Massage Therapy but I also have years of life experiences that have made me a better person. I understand what it feels like to lose hope and feel like you will never get better. I also know great joy in getting better with the help of friends and faith in Jesus. I believe learning and overcoming challenges gives me greater compassion for others which ultimately is felt through my hands.
