I am part of our husband & wife Real Estate Team, Our Brokerage KALEO Real Estate Co. is located in Glendora Village. We represent buyers & sellers of properties located in Southern California. We have been residents of the San Gabriel Valley area for over 50 years, and we service other counties as well. We can help you buy a fixer upper and assist you with full remodel service as my partner also is a licensed General Contractor, and I am a certified Interior Designer.

We have 35 years of experience in construction owning & operating a remodeling business, as well as 15 years of experience in interior design. We can help get property market ready by offering minor repairs to issues that will come up for correction on home inspection, before we list property. We offer estate sales service, staging, and professional photography. As buyers agents we can help inspect homes while searching for possible structural issues, or safety concerns, and offer estimate price of remodeling, wall removal, etc so our clients can make an educated choice before submitting an offer.

I have been involved with other organizations that serve the community in churches and other ministries, I have taught classes on financial responsibility, teaching others to live withing their means, reduce expenses, and pay off debt. I am great at event planning, and fundraising. I love networking, meeting new people, and helping others obtain their goals.
