This business creates value by helping individuals, families and small businesses pick an insurance plan, understand how their tax credit is affected under the Affordable Care Act, answers questions about the state and federal health exchanges (as applicable based on the customer's needs,) assists in directing to state medicaid if an individual qualifies, and helps to ensure that people know all of their coverage options and how their insurance works for them.

Through my ability to coach and consult. I add value to other businesses by giving them, their employees, their customers and other partners in the community information about and access to health care coverage. My conversations with consumers usually involve some degree of talk about what my client does and what their needs may be, so there are also opportunities to refer clients to other members of our TEAM who may be in need of their products and services. I bring with me over a decade of sales and management experience and both personal wins and losses in business that I can share with other members and entrepreneurs and executives through coaching sessions and other communication.
