I have been a mobile notary for several years where I notarize documents throughout Los Angeles County. Throughout my journey, I have met many different people and they have been satisfied with my work ethic. If you would like to work with me, you can email me, text or call me. You will feel the same work ethic I have with my past and current clients. I will come to wherever you ask me whether it is your home, work, coffee shop, etc. In addition to being a mobile notary, I assist with apostilles which is an authorization to a foreign country such as: Spain, Philippines, Latvia, Europe, Italy; the list goes on and on. In addition to being a mobile notary, I am also a loan signing agent where I would execute loan signings for various escrow, mortgage, real estate and title companies.

We focus on helping people notarize documents throughout Los Angeles County from Power of Attorney to Advance Healthcare Directives. During the coronavirus pandemic, most establishments that contain notary public have been closed in which they will have to resort to different means. Since I am a mobile notary public, I am not stuck in an office all day, I get to meet different people and their pets and they get to see how I work as a mobile notary and that they see that there is another way to get documents notarized. I have even gotten phone calls from assistants to ask me if I can help their boss notarize their documents. I have gotten many accolades, compliments and comments such as: their long time notary that they used to work with retired or moved away and that they are looking for someone new and I have stepped into that role. The people that I have worked with past and present have introduced me to their friends, family and co-workers that the value increases. As mentioned before, I am a loan signing agent; during these times, lots of people have been refinancing their homes and they are looking for people to assist; this is where I come in. Throughout different title offices, realtors, mortgage officers and escrow officers, I find that it is very beneficial to have such a meaningful relationship. Because the rates are unpredictable, many people would like to take advantage of that rate before it goes away. So, a person as myself would assist with the paperwork, Being a loan signing agent, I am an extension to the institution such as a bank to have the borrower sign the documents.. Before I am given the assignment, the borrower knows what is going on; so there are no surprises when I come into the picture. And of course, if there is a discrepancy during the signing process, I have the individuals name and phone number so that the borrower or I can ask some questions. I have gotten different requests from last minute to working late nights. There are many requests all the time which is amazing and that I get to deal with all sorts of people.

As part of the TEAM Referral Network, I get to introduce myself to a whole different world from attorneys to health care professionals and everyday people.to get their affairs in order. When the pandemic happened around 2020. I noticed that people didn't know what it was all about. This was something so brand new, that they didn't take it very seriously; but when they started watching the news on television or listening to it on the radio, they wanted to take every precaution as they could. That being said, I have gotten lots of requests from clinics, hospitals, nursing facilities and family members to help them with their power of attorney and healthcare directive. I was very fortunate to help out with many of my TEAM members with various projects as well as to assist with their clients .
