For the first 19 years of his career, Kris was a key Loan Officer Team Leader on for a team that consistently ranked in the Top 25 in the Nation for purchase volume and FHA volume. Kris is now taking his wealth of experience and knowledge with him to build his own team at PRMG. The lending relationships that Kris has made over the past 2 decades, has expanded his lending abilities to more than just residential, conventional, and jumbo loan products, but to also included SBA, Commercial, Construction, Rehabilitation, Franchisee, No Ratio, Non-QM, Investor, Private Money, Bridge, and Self Employed alt doc loans.
