After 26 years in the corporate retailing industry, I'd had enough. I was stressed, burned out, and at my heaviest weight. My health and relationships were suffering. I took a leap of faith and left the industry.
I began my wellness journey and lost 65 pounds. I became a Wellness Coach for one of the largest global wellness companies. I have spent the last 10 years helping thousands of members achieve their health and wellness objectives, including weight loss / maintenance, eliminating medications, and becoming physically and emotionally fit.
During COVID I launched my Success Coaching practice, incorporating Life Coaching with an emphasis on wellness. I help business executives and owners release limiting beliefs that drive unhealthy behavior.
