Lolo Fisher
Business Name:
Homes By Lolo
Business Description:
Homes by Lolo is a Southern California real estate business led by REALTOR® Lolo Fisher, a member of The Fernandez Group at eXp Realty of Southern California, serving the Inland Empire, Orange County, and nearby Los Angeles County communities. I help buyers, sellers, relocating families, and property owners navigate real estate decisions with thoughtful strategy, honest guidance, strong communication, and creative marketing. My work is especially centered around the transitions that often surround a move—from purchasing a first home or moving up as a family grows, to relocating across California, coordinating a simultaneous sale and purchase, or determining what to do with an inherited property. At Homes by Lolo, I believe real estate should begin with better conversations about home: understanding not only the property, but the goals, finances, lifestyle, family, and future behind the decision. How Business Creates Value:
Homes by Lolo creates value by helping clients make informed real estate decisions before simply moving toward a transaction. Every client’s situation is different, so I begin by understanding the bigger picture: What are we trying to accomplish? What options are available? What trade-offs should we consider? And what decision best supports the client’s next chapter? From market analysis and neighborhood research to property positioning, creative marketing, relocation planning, offer strategy, negotiations, and trusted professional referrals, clients receive both the information and support needed to move forward confidently. For sellers, my background in marketing and communications brings an additional layer of strategy to how a property is positioned and presented to attract the right buyers. For buyers and relocating families, I look beyond the listing itself to help evaluate location, lifestyle, long-term goals, commute, community, and the true costs and opportunities associated with a home.
How Member Creates Value:
I create value by being an active participant, a relationship builder, and someone who genuinely wants to see the people around me win. I believe strong referral networks are built through trust—not transactions. That means showing up consistently, learning who my fellow members are and what makes a great referral for them, communicating well, making thoughtful introductions, and approaching every person referred to me with a client-first mindset. When someone trusts me with a relationship they’ve built, I take that responsibility seriously. I’m also a builder by nature. With Cucamonga Connections being a growing chapter, I’m excited to contribute not only through referrals, but through active participation in building the community itself. My background includes developing programs, organizational infrastructure, education, resources, and experiences designed to help people connect, grow, and thrive. I tend to ask: What are we trying to build? What would help people succeed here? And how can I contribute? Whether that means sharing a resource, making an introduction, helping create a system, encouraging another member, bringing an idea to the table, or simply consistently showing up and doing my part, I want my presence in TEAM to make the network stronger. My goal is simple: build genuine relationships, serve people well, and grow our businesses by becoming trusted referral partners for one another.

Relocating to—or Within—Southern California?

A relocation is rarely as simple as choosing a new house. Where will you work? How much commute are you comfortable with? Which communities fit your family's day-to-day life? Should you sell your current home or keep it? If you're buying and selling simultaneously, which needs to happen first? I help clients think through the entire move—not just the transaction. Based in Chino, I serve communities throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and nearby Los Angeles County, and I maintain relationships with real estate professionals throughout California and beyond for moves that cross market lines. Whether you're already preparing to move or simply wondering “Could living somewhere else make more sense for us?”, I'm happy to be a starting point. You don't need to know exactly where you're going before we have the conversation. Sometimes figuring that out is part of the work.

Inherited a Property? Start With Your Options.

Inheriting a home can bring real estate, financial, legal, logistical, and emotional decisions together all at once—and selling isn't automatically the first or only answer. Depending on the situation, questions may include: Is the property held in a trust or subject to probate? What is it worth today? Should we sell it, keep it, rent it, or renovate it? What needs to happen before the property can be sold? And which professionals should be involved? As a Certified Probate & Trust Real Estate Specialist, I can help you understand the real estate side of those decisions, evaluate the property and current market, prepare and position a home for sale when appropriate, and coordinate with attorneys, fiduciaries, estate professionals, contractors, clean-out services, and other specialists as needed. You don't have to have everything figured out before calling a Realtor. Sometimes the first step is simply understanding what you're dealing with and who you need on your team. Real estate guidance only; legal and tax questions should be addressed with the appropriate licensed professionals.
