Marcella Reyes
Business Name:
SoCal Fitness and Massage Therapy
Business Description:
Dedicated to guiding men & women toward resilient, long-term health. With 15+ years in rehab and chiropractic settings, I’ve seen what it really takes to address pain and injury - and how quickly life can shrink when we ignore the early signals our bodies send. This isn’t a quick fix or a “one-size-fits-all” therapy. I help people break free from recurring pain patterns and stubborn injuries by combining skilled, targeted work with the guidance needed to change the habits that keep the body stuck. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to the active life you love - with a plan you can actually sustain.
How Business Creates Value:
- to help people find a way out of their limitations - to give people hope and purpose in their own lives so they can be fully present with their loved ones - to be a vessel for healing that people have been searching for a very long time - to give people a space to speak and be heard so that they can show up for themselves in a way they never thought possible - to show people that they can set and achieve goals they have been putting off and are unable to accomplish on their own currently “I want people to feel enlightened after working with me, and to feel inspired to be a light in their lives so that their families can also flourish.” - Marcella Reyes
How Member Creates Value:
I’ve been helping clients find relief from pain and supporting injury recovery for many years. My passion for this work began after a major soccer injury in 2010. Since then, I’ve experienced countless sports injuries, a snowboarding accident, and repetitive overuse injuries - resulting in muscle pain and limited range of motion. I grew tired of pushing through my own aches and pains, and I was also saddened by the ongoing pain experienced by the people I know and love. That’s when I knew I wanted to be part of the solution - helping others find the same relief and healing I found through manual techniques, targeted exercise, and more. As a massage therapist and personal trainer, I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting impact in my clients’ lives through manual techniques and fitness instruction. My goal is to empower and educate my clients to take charge of their health and know what to do when new pain arises. For this reason, I take the time to go in-depth with each person to better understand their concerns and meet them where they are. From there, we create a clear, concise plan of action to keep you on track and moving toward your goals. I’ve also learned that having a strong team of healthcare professionals can make all the difference in a lifelong journey toward freedom from physical pain. Over the years, I’ve found support and relief through massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, personal trainers, and more. My goal is to be a vital part of that team - dedicated to helping clients thrive and inspiring others to do the same.
