Gary & Mary West PACE

Gary and Mary West PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a nonprofit health insurance plan and medical provider for individuals with chronic health and social needs who wish to age on their own terms. Serving our community since 2019, our PACE program is designed exclusively for residents aged 55+ in North County San Diego who qualify for nursing home-level care. Our talented and compassionate team works closely with you to develop a personalized care plan -at little to no cost, depending on your eligibility.

West PACE is a welcome alternative to nursing home care for many older adults who wish to age with dignity and respect in their own homes. Our mission is to enable seniors to live in their communities as independently as possible by providing compassionate, comprehensive health and supportive care. Our interdisciplinary team addresses the chronic health and social needs of participants and provides assistance for family caregivers.

Nancy has over a decade of experience working with older adults and adults with disabilities at different nonprofits and community service clubs throughout San Diego County. Her bilingual skills and cultural sensitivity allow her to serve diverse populations and reach a wider audience.
