Having an agent does not cost nor take any benefits from a Medicare eligible beneficiary. Our focus is on educating the Medicare beneficiaries first. At no point should an agent already know what plan to offer without having a conversation first. One thing that differentiates us from the rest is that we schedule a follow up appointment after the members effective date in order to make sure all benefits are understood and help them with services such as ordering over the counter medicines at no cost, ordering their PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) at no cost nor monthly service charges, to finding out which gyms are accessible under their plan, or with scheduling doctor’s appointments.

I have had the honor to serve in many capacities throughout the years. Some of them being volunteering teaching Religious Education for over 8 years to children, Life Teen Counselor, Youth Committee Chair serving over 7,000 families, Toys for Tots program for over 10 years, seat in the Lee County Chapter of United Way, seat in the Lee County Injury Protection Coalition to name a few. Majority of my 32 year career has been in managing the Broker Channel for some of the top 10 Insurance carriers in the industry. In addition I have opened and managed several companies during that time ranging from a landscape company, remodeling company, to a Social Media Marketing organization. For almost a year I diverted from the Insurance Industry when I was asked to take on a position as the Marketing Director for a retail business in which a month later I became the Managing Partner. The majority of my friends I have met through networking. I find it is important to associate yourself with likeminded entrepreneurs in order to fully capitalize on the knowledge available in the community.
