Business Description:
My Coach Ray helps people find and change the patterns that keep producing the same results.
Knowing something and changing it are two different challenges. A lot of what's promoted in the personal development space is very good at the first one. My work is aimed at the second.
The pattern is usually a loop. Something repeats and does not resolve. Broke, then money, then broke again. On the diet, off the diet, on again. Out of one relationship and straight into the same relationship with a different name. Hit the goal, feel flat, chase the next one. The details vary and the shape is the same.
Through Breakthrough Sessions, private coaching, group coaching, and the My Coach Ray Community, I help people clear what sits underneath the pattern, get clear on what they want, and build strategies that fit how their mind operates.
How Business Creates Value:
Many approaches to feeling stuck work on the surface. Do more, push harder, optimize the plan. When the pattern runs deeper than behavior, doing more of the right things can leave it completely untouched. That is why people reach the goal, fix the schedule, check every box, and still run the loop.
My Coach Ray works at the level where the misalignment sits: beliefs, values, identity, and sense of purpose. Internal alignment influences external results.
The result is a structured, practical process, not open-ended talk, that removes internal resistance and creates change that holds across work, relationships, health, and direction.
How Member Creates Value:
After more than a decade of recruiting, training, and developing people, I started My Coach Ray in 2016 and went looking for tools that made the change hold. That background keeps this practical and grounded rather than abstract.
Clients consistently say I name the thing they could never quite put into words, and give them tools they keep using long after the work is done. Many describe it as the single best investment they have made in themselves.
Maybe this sounds familiar
By every external measure, things are going well... the career, the relationships, the milestones are all there. And yet there's a low-grade friction underneath it: a sense that something is unresolved, or that life doesn't feel the way you expected it to.
It's easy to quietly conclude that this is simply how success feels. It isn't.
More often, you've been applying a behavior-level solution (work harder, achieve more) to something that was never about your behavior at all. You can build a bigger life and still carry the same friction, because the friction was never about the activity.
The work
We start with what sits underneath the pattern. Old emotions and limiting decisions sit below the behavior someone is trying to change, and clearing them makes everything after it easier.
Then we build. Clarity on what they want. Values they can act from. Strategies that fit how their mind operates.
Some people focus on asking hard questions. I believe it is about asking the right question at the right time.
This is for people who value honesty, self-awareness, and progress they can point to.
