Shelbe has been my realtor for two transactions now. Bought a duplex with her 2019 and couple years later she helped me get into the four plex of my dreams this past March 2022. She was helpful throughout the whole process answering many questions and spending several unfruitful days with me looking at properties I didn't like, as I was being extremely picky . She was patient through the whole thing and when we finally did come to the property that fit all my needs she negotiated for me against the developers who were very greedy and not polite/ professional. The developers even tried to ask for the majority Shelbe's commission in the negotiations (no joke the developers were very unprofessional, even disgusting in my opinion, trying to rob my realtor of her commission, because they didn't make too much profit on the build, as Covid caused their construction to delay for 2+ years ) Shelbe told me she was willing to take that lower commission, just to make it go through!! Of course that's ridiculous and I rejected that greedy trash, but the fact that she was even willing to cut away her commission to make a deal for me solidified in my head that she did have my best interest at hand. This is the kind of buying realtor you want. In the end I was very happy for the second time ! I would use her service again for my next purchase. Shelbe is the superstar; she was able to sell our property within 3 weeks with the asking selling price. She is very attentive and diligent; she listens to all of our concerns and gives us solutions during the whole transaction, which really helps to expedite selling our home.
