Preventive Cardio-Oncology LLC manages My Heart Spark P.C., a national virtual cardiology practice and innovation hub. Together, we deliver preventive cardiovascular care, heart safety programs, and cancer survivorship support for individuals and organizations. The company bridges medicine, technology, and leadership to protect hearts before risk becomes reality—in everyone, and especially in those with a history of cancer or complex cardiovascular risk. This is important because heart disease is the number 1 killer in the United States and the world; and among the 18 million cancer survivors in the United States, anyone who's ever been diagnosed with cancer has an approximately 40% higher risk of developing heart problems than anyone who's never been diagnosed with cancer. That's because of a combination of the cancer itself, as well as the medical treatment for the cancer, and also the location and amount of radiation. 1 in 4 cancer survivors develops heart problems. 1 in 10 cancer survivors unfortunately pass away from heart problems. So the risk of heart issues is higher, and we are honored to help with this special expertise.

We create value by combining preventive heart health and national virtual care to serve patients and employers across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.. Our programs are designed to reduce absenteeism, enhance productivity, and strengthen workforce wellness through proactive cardiovascular care.
