Kairos Insight Counseling provides expert, evidence-based mental health counseling for adults in Colorado. I specialize in supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, relationship issues, and spiritual inquiry. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy approaches. I offer both in-person (in Fort Collins) and telehealth therapy services.
