I’m a health insurance broker helping small and mid-sized businesses offer employee benefits that attract and retain great people. I design benefit strategies that control healthcare costs, keep companies compliant, and make benefits easy for employees to understand and use, not just during Open Enrollment but all year long.

Before becoming a broker, I co-founded a software company that solved HR communication problems, so I’ve seen firsthand how confusion around benefits leads to wasted spend, compliance risk, and turnover, especially for teams that aren’t at a desk all day.
