MERCI is a nonprofit organization serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Los Angeles County. Through residential, day, and community-based programs, MERCI empowers individuals to achieve greater independence, build meaningful relationships, participate fully in their communities, and reach their personal goals through person-centered supports and services

I create value by leading MERCI's mission to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, meaningful, and connected lives. Through person-centered residential, day, and community-based services, I help ensure that individuals have opportunities to develop skills, make choices, participate fully in their communities, and achieve their personal goals. I create value for families and regional center partners by providing trusted, high-quality services that promote health, safety, independence, and quality of life. I am committed to building strong community partnerships, connecting people to essential resources, and fostering relationships that expand opportunities for inclusion and belonging. By advocating for individuals with disabilities, supporting their growth and self-determination, and strengthening community connections, I help create a more inclusive society where every person is valued, empowered, and able to contribute in meaningful ways.
