Through one-on-one coaching, I provide tailored solutions that fit seamlessly into your busy life. This includes addressing foundational areas like nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress management, and optional functional lab testing. Whether you want to balance your hormones, improve digestion, ease symptoms, or prepare your body for pregnancy, I’ll guide you toward sustainable changes that work for you. My certifications are as a Functional Hormone Specialist and Menstrual Cycle Coach. I will complete my Holistic Nutritionist (NTP) certification in September 2025.

About Me

After growing up in Michigan, I went to the University of South Carolina for college and then was off to the Marine Corps. I spent four years as an Officer in the military, living in Japan before being stationed near San Diego which is where I live now. As you can imagine, this time in my life was hugely impactful on how I go about my work, how I set goals, and my ability to accomplish what I go after. I worked in corporate sales for over five years before deciding to focus full-time on my coaching practice and I have been loving every minute of it. I had many of my own questions go unanswered when it came to my hormones and irritation that I was experiencing--perhaps like many of you reading this--which led me to take my health into my own hands. Through learning about hormone health for my own sake, I realized that supporting other menstruators in their journey to feel better again was really where I wanted to focus my energy. I have a cat, Betty, who is one of my favorite creatures along with my boyfriend.
