We live in an extremely litigious state so it's my job to ensure that my clients receive up-to-date information on every piece of new legislation and provide them with the tools to remain compliant. I also provide face-to-face support for all of my clients throughout both the onboarding process and their life with ADP.
What I Do
I work with new and existing businesses to ensure that their payroll service is simple, timely, and cost-effective. I also provide them with HR resources to ensure that no new labor laws catch them off guard.
Why I Do It
I get to help business owners contain costs and achieve their goals! My favorite part of this job is getting to meet people that are so passionate about their business. Being able to help someone focus on what they love to do rather than the minutiae of payroll and compliance is the reason I remain motivated.
