Kelsey is driven by a desire to walk clients through complex legal issues in a way that leaves them feeling involved, educated, and empowered to make the best decision for their unique situation. Prior to joining Hathaway & Kunz, LLP, Kelsey was an attorney with the Washington State Health Care Authority, the state’s largest healthcare purchaser. She provided legal expertise on federal and statewide compliance and risk management during the creation of innovative programs designed to reform the healthcare market and achieve improved healthcare at a lower cost.
