Partners For Potential

We assist adults with developmental disabilities to live and work more independently, to improve the potential for meaningful paid or volunteer employment, to fully access community resources, and to develop self-advocacy and daily life skills - thus reducing barriers to independence. Partners for Potential is unique in our ability to provide services in more then 12 languages throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas, including Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Westside, South Bay and more. Most training activities take place at community locations such as job and volunteer sites, public transportation outlets, libraries, stores and other natural environments to maximize the transference of skills learned in program to daily life experiences. Transportation is provided. Clients are offered a variety of hands-on vocational learning opportunities through volunteer "work" and internships. An instructor/job coach accompanies the client at all times and provides guidance and training in their local communities.

For over 20 years Partners for Potential has helped clients cultivate a sense of purpose, belonging and satisfaction in their lives by teaching them to interact more independently in their communities.
