Immigrants in Corporate

Immigrants in Corporate Inc. is a 501c3 Non-profit organization promoting immigrant inclusion in corporate workplace culture. Our mission is to create a supportive community that fosters professional growth, belonging, and success.

We have a virtual membership platform and host in-person networking events. We focus on supporting early—to mid-career immigrant professionals in various industries, helping them overcome cultural barriers at work to advance and thrive in their professional careers. We educate and inform HR and Talent Policies so the corporate workplace can be inclusive for Immigrants. We advocate for public policy changes to ease work visa pathways for experienced professionals and international students. Our virtual membership provides access to a supportive community and professional development resources, including expert-led workshops and panels, job boards, mentorships, and job prep.
