Through my work at EQImindset, my nonprofit Immigrants in Corporate, and my broader platform as a speaker, author, and strategist, I focus on helping organizations build inclusive workplaces through intentional communities. I partner with CHROs, HR consultants, DEI leaders, and corporate executives to design and sustain Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and Inclusion Councils that are both people-centered and data-driven. My approach combines strategic alignment with measurable outcomes—ensuring these communities not only support employee engagement and belonging but also drive business results. As a scientist-turned-strategist, I emphasize structure, metrics, and sustainability in every engagement. My nonprofit, Immigrants in Corporate, extends this mission beyond the workplace by creating space for immigrant and first-generation professionals to find support, visibility, and voice. Together, these platforms reflect my belief that belonging is not just a value—it’s a business strategy.
