As a strategist, author, and nonprofit founder, I bring a unique lens to every partnership: community as the foundation of sustainable growth.
Through my consulting firm EQImindset and my nonprofit Immigrants in Corporate, I help organizations and professionals build cultures rooted in equity, inclusion, and connection.
I collaborate with CHROs, HR consultants, DEI leaders, ERG managers, and executives to:
-Launch and strengthen ERG and BRG communities
-Guide leaders in navigating identity, empathy, and accountability

-Support immigrant and first-generation professionals through advocacy, storytelling, and community
