Business Name:
Ententional Executive & Wellness Coaching
Business Description:
Hi, I’m Lory Passov, founder of Ententional Coaching. I help high-achieving professionals, especially working parents, redefine success so they can create a life that works for them. My clients are accomplished and capable, often successful on paper, but they know the way they’re living isn’t sustainable. They’re stretched between demanding careers and the people they love, and somewhere along the way, they’ve put themselves last. Ententional exists to help them get back on their own list and build a life with room for both ambition and well-being.
How Business Creates Value:
My signature program, The Ententional Path, is a 3-month engagement of six one-on-one sessions, with messaging support in between so clients have guidance when real life happens, not just during our hour together. Using practical, tools, we get clear on what matters most, set boundaries that hold at work and at home, and build a real plan for what’s next. For some clients, that means thriving in their current role. For others, it means a career change or building something of their own. Either way, they leave with clarity, confidence, and a life that feels like theirs again. Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call.
How Member Creates Value:
I bring 18 years of experience running and scaling startups, most recently as COO of an influencer talent agency, where I helped grow the team from 1 to 25 people with 100% growth year over year. I also know burnout firsthand. I hit a wall in that role and had to rebuild what success meant to me, which is why I coach with both an operator’s mindset and real empathy. As a certified coach trained through George Mason University, I meet clients where they are and help them move forward without losing their ambition. For this group, I’m a trusted resource for anyone in your network going through a big transition: a promotion, a return from parental leave, a career change, or the quiet sense that success is costing too much.
