Meet Megan
Longtime equestrian and avid tennis player, I have lived in the Conejo Valley for over 25 years. After graduating from UCLA, I worked as an animal trainer for the film industry for 30 years working on location throughout the world. With a desire to be home more, I turned my interests to real estate and joined Sotheby's International Realty in Westlake Village. I am a broker associate and member of both the Westside MLS and Conejo Simi Moorpark Ass. of Realtors. Specializing in farm and ranch with my love of horses, I also help first time buyers and sellers throughout Ventura and L.A counties. Working at every price point, my goal is to exceed clients expectations regarding real estate transactions that will lead to successful outcomes. Ultimately, long term relationships are the legacy of great service.
Giving Back
As a founding member of The Real Estate Alliance with Many Mansions, I donate a portion of every sale to the organization which helps people find a way into a home and the security that it provides.
I also donate and volunteer for The BumbleBee Foundation of Westlake Village who assist children and their families going through cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Another organization important to me is The Manna Conejo Food Bank. By hosting donation events throughout the year, they provide groceries and support for those experiencing food insecurity,
