Nathaniel relocated to Colorado in 2008 from New Hampshire to attend Colorado State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. During his time at CSU, Nathaniel met his wife, Allison, and together they fell in love with Northern Colorado so much they decided to find a way to make it their permanent home. They have now lived in the area for over 15 years and have started their family here. Before transitioning to a career in real estate, Nathaniel worked in residential construction and later owned and operated a successful landscaping company. His extensive knowledge of homes, both structurally and aesthetically, allows him to offer clients invaluable insights on how to maximize their property’s value when selling. Nathaniel’s commitment to his clients and passion for Northern Colorado real estate set him apart. He combines his knowledge of the local market with a deep understanding of construction and home-building processes to provide clients with a comprehensive, results-driven real estate experience.
