Nathaniel moved to Colorado in 2008 from New Hampshire to attend Colorado State University, receiving a bachelor's of science in Health and Exercise Science. While at CSU, Nathaniel met his wife and together they decided they could not leave such a wonderful place. They decided to start their family here in Fort Collins and have called it home for over 15 years. Prior to his career in real estate, Nathaniel worked in residential construction before evolving into the service industry to own and operate a landscaping company. His knowledge about homes inside and out allow him to advise his clients how to get the top dollar when listing their property. Nathaniel loves making everyone's home buying and selling dreams come true but especially enjoys working with first time home buyers. He will walk you through the process feeling informed and knowing that he has your best interest at all times - advising and alleviating the anxiety that comes along with buying and selling your home – all while creating a tremendous experience!
