I support women who are divorced and widowed to move into their new single life by providing a variety of programs about money and financial issues. These programs include workshops, seminars, mastermind groups, forums and private coaching all designed to relieve stress and overwhelm, become financially organized and educated and ultimately to become financially secure. To be crystal clear, I am not a financial adviser and I do not sell or manage investments of any kind. In fact, I gave up all of my investment oriented licenses years ago in an effort to avoid that conflict. When working with a client, one of the many things that is accomplished is to create and/or grow a team of professionals with whom my client will work. Financial Advisor, Accountant, Attorney, Banker, Realtor, Insurance Agent and Mortgage Broker are some of those professionals. In 1983 I was recruited into the life insurance business. For the next 25 years I sold insurance and investment products. During this time, clients got divorced and others died. What became clear to me was that many more women were left 'alone' and due to their circumstances, did not have the necessary resources to move forward and become financially independent. I have become passionate about changing that paradigm. Using a Money Coaching model has been extremely rewarding and while it is challenging getting the word out that someone like me exists, I have succeeded in building a reputation of trust and respect within my community. As such, my ultimate goal is to create a global network of Money Coaches all of whom are trained to support divorced and widowed women as they strive for this independence. The 'system' is 90% complete at the pilot level and within 12-24 months, the expansion will be launched. Look out world!
