Foothill Family Shelter

Foothill Family Shelter is a non-profit organization serving homeless families in the service area of Upland, Ontario, Pomona, Montclair, Claremont, and Rancho Cucamonga, We provide transitional housing for homeless adults and children for up to 120 days, free of rent and utility charges. We also provide one-year transitional housing and extended housing..

We provide value in the community by giving a hand-up, not a hand-out for homeless families. We do not only offer a place to live, but we provide case management, therapy, tutoring, and employment services so that the families develop the proper tools for a sustainable and independent future.

I am the volunteer coordinator at Foothill Family Shelter, and I bring value by matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skills, keeping volunteers informed, and conveying the organization's purpose to the public
