Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne

The mission of Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne, Inc is to support the independence, health and well-being of individuals and their pets living in Cheyenne and Laramie County with an expressed need for nutritional support through the delivery of nutritious meals, friendly visits and safety checks.

We deliver so much MORE than a meal to hundreds of Laramie County residents every day. Meals on Wheels of Cheyenne strives to coordinate services with other local agencies to ensure each client receives needed services that are not duplicated by other community agencies and that clients are getting the full wrap around care they need. We partner with other programs in the community including: NEEDS, Inc, Wyoming Senior Services, City-County Health, Home Health Care Providers, LIEAP, Hospitals, Medical Community, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Programs, Protection and Advocacy, Adult Day Care, Mental Health Programs, Senior Companions, Cent$ible Nutrition and many others.
