I'm located off of 202 and 40th street in Ahwatukee, I concentrate on fat loss, not so much weight loss. and Yes there is a difference. I like to work on strength training to maximize and muscle tone and body composition. My passion is working with women 40 years and older to show what their bodies are able to achieve by lifting weights. Of course I will work with anybody in need of my services.

I understand when people have trouble getting fit and trying to reach goals. So much information out there where do we start. Between the 6 minute Abs to the magic pill its out there. At the end of the day only a couple of things work and that's TO EAT RIGHT, EXERCISE DAILY (working out or active rest) AND LEARN THAT IT TAKES TIME. I teach people how to eat better, train better and all together be healthier. WE will focus on different ways of working out. Strength training, Functional training, Endurance training, range of motion and the list can go on a little more. With all of these training tools we'll be doing things that you didn't think were possible.
Fat loss and strength training
Weight loss and Fat loss. What's the difference? There are many ways to achieve weight loss and its not always good for you. People say they lose 20lbs in a month and 2-3 months later they gain it all back and more. This is a problem. When a person works hard to loss weight they should keep it off. This is where training (lifting weights) comes in. Lifting weights creates muscle which burns fat and as you build more muscle and use those muscles everyday, they will help to keep off the weight. Everyday activities become easier and with more energy you are able to go further and burn more calories. Then you keep your weight down. When you only concentrate on weight loss, you don't care how or where it's coming off. Which some people eat a lot less food and are miserable. Then it's only a matter of time before they quit and the same problem starts to appear. With lifting weights and being patient your success is much greater in the long run. More of a lifestyle change. Food is your friend, Weights are your Family and Fat loss is your future.
