As the years progressed, I was able to take on new challenges and consistently increase my knowledge through firsthand experiences coupled with Undergraduate and Graduate studies. I never felt the need to leave, and it paid off, today I am the CEO and proud to say I’ve successfully led this organization and our clients through ever-changing technology and all aspects of economic conditions. We treat our customers well and, as such, have built a trust that is not always common with technology partners. In fact, we have customers that have been with us since I started with the company. This is largely due to how we approach our customer relationships. It's not about the short-term profit gain. We work to cultivate a customer partnership that grows and evolves over time.

We service both small businesses with as few as one or two users up to medium and large sized businesses with hundreds of employees. Companies that have multiple technologies in place often benefit from our consultative approach to business. We analyze all the parts that create a customer's communication system and advise on either replacements, eliminating services that are no longer used or keep services in place that make sense.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We start by discussing what your companies' unique situation is. Areas we analyze: Phone and Internet Bills - Identify what services you have then help you determine what to do with each of those services. Internal network infrastructure - Review your data cabling, switch infrastructure to ensure it will support any proposed solutions. Security Systems - Many companies have security cameras, but when was the last time you actually looked at the footage? Are you able to clearly identify license plates, faces, anything law enforcement would need to help your case. Overhead Paging - Do you have full office or campus coverage of overhead paging in case of an emergency? Most of the companies we work with need help with most if not all of these categories.
