I am a Realtor in northern Colorado helping my clients buy and/or sell their residential properties. I walk my clients through the process whether it is their first home, downsizing, upsizing, or an investment property. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful and my goal is to take the stress off of your shoulders. I guide you through the process and take any issues that may arise and find the solutions for you so the entire process goes as smooth as possible for you. I found myself in the real estate business after buying a few rental properties and realized this was a passion of mine. I was excited to start helping others buy and sell their homes as well as helping people start buying their own investment properties. I love helping people and especially helping people with their real estate goals. We own several rental properties in northern Colorado and we fix and flip properties as well.
