Steve Roman helped us find a new home, and make our old home ready to sell. I would give him six stars if I could. I have been more than a little overwhelmed by this process, and Steve made it possible. There was a lot of work to do, and my wife and I had very little time or energy, but Steve stepped in and handled ALL of the logistics. Not only did he provide recommendations for contractors to do the work we needed, but the personally took care of small things around the house (new fixtures, cabinet repairs, etc.) AND he spent several days managing the contractors to ensure that the work was done to his standard. If you have the impression that Real Estate Agents don't work hard or provide sufficient value to earn their commissions, then you should meet Steve.
