How Business Creates Value:
Pilates is a great way to move your body as it strengthens while lengthens. It can be as gentle or as vigorous as your body needs. So whether you are looking to become active for the first time in your life, are recovering from an injury or are wanting a workout that is going to make you shake and sweat - there is a level of Pilates to meet your wants and needs!
How Member Creates Value:
The Pilates Therapist works with every BODY ages 8 and up. Specializing in children, beginners and those with mobility issues due to injury, spinal limitations (ie. scoliosis) and aging. The Pilates Therapist has experience working with autistic individuals, as well as those who are hard of hearing or Deaf. In other words, she truly likes to be able to offer an all inclusive Pilates experience. The Pilates Therapist also enjoys incorporating her background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by adding Grounding exercises, focusing on Pilates breathing techniques and ending sessions/classes with Guided Meditations to help you become more present during your practice and in life.

Meet The Pilates Therapist

Hi, I am Tiffany! California born and Orange County raised. I am the oldest of four. Growing up I played soccer, softball and club volleyball. I went to California State University, Northridge for both undergrad and grad school. I worked for the William S. Hart School district for 5 years, counseling students in both special education and general education. I have worked as an operations manager of an adolescent residential facility. I also worked as a case manager for a psychiatric hospital. I found Pilates in grad school when I was looking to loose the weight my college years had added and it quickly became one of my favorite activities. It was then that I vowed I would one day become a Certified Pilates Instructor. Fats forward - I married my best friend on a hot air balloon. He is a firefighter. We have one son whom we homeschool. He is our world - the silliest, most empathetic, lover of comic books and all things Donald Duck and happens to be autistic. Our family also includes a 75 pound Bernedoodle, 15 pound Multipoo and a Desert Tortoise. When I am not doing or teaching Pilates and hubby is not working, we love camping anywhere we can tow our little 18 ft Bambi Airstream.
