Seller Representation
Real estate commissions are negotiable and not fixed by law. There is no standard rate. When I list property, I make sure we have the best strategy, best marketing, and best presentation of the property as possible to get top dollar. My commission rates are:
(property list price under $1M) 3% of the sale price
(property list price between $1M-$1.99M) 2.5% of sale price
(property list price between $2M-$3.99M) 2% of sale price
(property list price above $4M) 1% of sale price
Buyer Representation
I represent buyers of all types of property everywhere in San Diego County.. My fee for this service is only 1% of the purchase price. We can also ask the seller to pay this for the buyer as part of the purchase negotiation.
