I make sure employers - small and large - are compliant with California and federal law with any matters regarding their practices or their employees. I can help employers: (1) prepare, review, revise their employment policies, handbooks, etc.; (2) advise employers on how to handle employee terminations, resignations, discipline, complaints, etc.; (3) provide consulting on California employment laws; (4) prepare, review, and revise employment agreements/contracts; (5) advise on wage and hour issues; (6) assist with new hire and exit documents; (7) conduct workplace investigations; (8) provide general advice and counsel on best practices when it comes to dealing with employee matters.
My firm also has a litigation practice - we defend employers who are sued by their employees for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, etc.
