My name is Gisoo Zahedi, and I am a hypnotherapist and yoga instructor dedicated to helping people create lasting change in their lives. I began my journey in wellness and personal growth because I was fascinated by the mind-body connection and the power of the subconscious to influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Over the years, I have worked with clients one-on-one and in groups, guiding them through stress reduction, confidence building, habit change, and emotional healing. I integrate hypnotherapy with mind-body practices like yoga, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistic approach that addresses both mental and physical well-being.
I decided to pursue this path because I wanted to be the person my clients could rely on — someone who listens deeply, understands their goals, and supports them in finding practical, empowering solutions for transformation.
