Driskell & Gordon's certified specialist in Wills, Trusts, and Probate is Jason Fetchik. An attorney since 2003, Mr. Fetchikhas lectured on Special Needs Trusts and Medi-Cal Planning for long-term care, as well as teaching Business Law at Citrus College. His concern for his clients and careful attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the firm.
Jack Gordon has handled over 300 conservatorships and/or guardianships from preparing and filing the petition, to the appointment hearing and beyond. He is well known and recognized in the Los Angeles Superior courts among his peers and the Probate Court judges.

Robert Driskell is Jack Gordon's business partner. Mr. Driskell graduated from the prestigious Loyola Law School in 1976, after having been on the Dean’s list throughout his attendance. He is admitted to practice before all of the Courts in the State of California, and has practiced for over 40 years in the areas of litigation, real estate, and business transactions. He has achieved trial results and settlements for clients amounting to many millions of dollars. He has represented many large business clients, including airlines, shipping companies, and the oil industry. His fine judgment and calm, thoughtful demeanor are among his biggest assets, inspiring client confidence and excellent legal results.

Experience
- Jack Gordon completed his undergraduate studies at Azusa Pacific University and received his Juris Doctor at the University of La Verne College of Law. His emphasis at Driskell & Gordon is on Conservatorships, Guardianships, and Business and Civil Litigation. Known for his integrity and compassion, he is frequently appointed by the Court to advise on conservatorships and guardianships. He has conducted seminars on Special Needs Trusts for the developmentally disabled and has drafted and advised on many such Trusts. He has been an instructor in Business Law at nearby Citrus College, where he was a favorite with his students. Recognizing that their strengths would complement each other, he and Robert Driskell formed their successful legal partnership in 2002.
