Priority Capital Corporation is located in Woodland Hills, CA. We are a small family owned and run brokerage firm specializing in Residential Lending. We offer all types of loan programs: Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, NonQM, investment, construction and reverse loans. We are licensed in the states of California and Florida.

Mortgage lending is pretty amazing. There are so many reasons people need to refinance, such as lower a rate/payment, pull cash out, payoff debt, remove Mortgage Insurance or a party from the loan, etc. It’s a great opportunity to work with Rockstar clients over and over again after helping them purchase their first home.
