Hi, I’m Leslie Field, a Somatic Practitioner who helps people reconnect with their bodies through a gentle and restorative practice called Embodied Movement.
Embodied Movement is a therapeutic form of guided, mindful movement that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and stress release. It’s not about exercise or choreography—it’s about creating space to pause, breathe, and listen to your body’s signals so you can move from burnout to balance, from overwhelm to ease.
