As a ceramic and mixed media artist, life coach and retreat/workshop facilitator, I help women unleash their creative spirit and become their own Inspired Rebel. Through my coaching, workshops, and retreats, I guide women through creating lives that flow with joy and meaning.

Inspired Rebel's Vision is to inspire women to explore and embrace their wild and weird rebel selves, cultivate self-worth, and build sisterhood through the transformative power of creativity and play.

I help my clients alleviate the stress and overwhelm caused by toxic-positivity, rushing-woman-syndrome, self-sacrificing and habitual patterns that keep them feeling constrained, burned out, and ashamed of who they are. Through my coaching, workshops, and retreats, I guide them in reclaiming their sense of self, finding balance, and achieving the joyful, creative lives they deserve.
