Flow Coaching and Consulting

Hi! I’m Lina. I am a Joy Coach and an Artist, and co-founder of Flow Coaching and Consulting. I help clients create lives that flow with joy and meaning. I have an office-art studio space in Westlake Village. I work with my clients 1:1, in groups, and lead workshops. I work both in person and on zoom.

My mission is to help women embrace, engage and express their joy. By helping my clients create their own tools for play and creativity with a foundation of self-care, I help my clients cultivate self-worth, and build sisterhood, and bring a new relationship to being of service.

I help my clients alleviate the stress and overwhelm caused by toxic-positivity, rushing-woman-syndrome, self-sacrificing and habitual patterns that keep them feeling constrained, burned out, and ashamed of who they are. Through my coaching, workshops, and retreats, I guide them in reclaiming their sense of self, finding balance, and achieving the joyful, creative lives they deserve.
