Our Programs
Early Childhood Social-Emotional Learning (ECSEL)-Setting up safe spaces for children that promote social-emotional hands-on materials in classrooms and other public settings to provide early intervention for children's mental health. These materials allow for children to have access to tools that help them manage their emotions, self-regulate and learn how to build essential coping skills.
2- Cool Tools- Providing hands-on coping tools and resources in the form of toolkits for children to support their mental health as they navigate through big life transitions (chronic illness, loss of a parent/caregiver, trauma etc) . These tools empower them with positive coping strategies that help them process and work through mental health challenges and big life transitions
3- Educate & Engage-Through this program, we bring resources to the community and provide mental health information and hands-on activities for children and families. This program also provides training workshops for parents and educators on various wellness topics. We also have a youth ambassador program where we empower youth and offer them a platform to end the stigma attached to mental health.
