Home Again LA is a Burbank-based nonprofit dedicated to helping unhoused families achieve stability and self-sufficiency. Through housing navigation, supportive services, and community partnerships, we provide the resources and guidance necessary to move families from crisis to permanent housing. As Director of Operations, I create value by ensuring our programs run efficiently, meet contractual obligations, and consistently achieve or exceed annual performance goals. I supervise and develop program staff, implement quality controls, and lead process improvements to enhance service delivery. My role bridges strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, empowering staff to excel, supporting the resolution of client conflicts, and aligning operations with our mission and vision. Through strong leadership and a commitment to both people and outcomes, I help sustain the trust and impact Home Again LA has built in the community.
